Sheet metal is a metal formed by an industrial procedure into shrill or flat pieces. It is one of the ultimate forms used in metal working, which is specially used for Ducting (HVAC) and can be cut and bent into a variety of shapes. Thicknesses of the metal can differ significantly; exceedingly thin thicknesses are termed foil or leaf, and pieces thicker than 6 mm (0.25 in) are termed plate.

Sheet Metal Shop Drawing
Ducting sheet metal shop drawings will be fully documented with appropriate tags, annotation, duct sizes and dimensions from grid or columns.
We prepare section views of all equipment connections & vertical risers included as per clients guidance. We also deliver quantity take-offs of the duct and prepare the report in the design or in separate excel file.
While preparing sheet metal shop drawing or fabrication drawing, we make sure that all ducts are drawn and routed in the most proficient way or flag off, if there are any hits with other services, which is not been solved by us.
We always try to keep a stable of both 1st and 2nd cost proficiency in our drafters, round conversions are included per your request.
